Do I need to change Phone companies ?
NO, Just the same as dial-up internet you can be with any
phone provider you choose.
Do I pay for a Phone call each time I connect to the internet ?
No, ADSL never needs to make a phone call, unlike Dial-up internet which costs you a phone call each time you connect.

Can we use the phone while we are on the internet ?
Yes, ADSL allows you to use the phone and internet at the same time ,allowing you to make and receive calls while on the internet.
Do we get charged for uploads ?

Will you set up my computer ?
Yes, Aussietelco can go onsite and connect your new service and help you configure your computer, or you can order a DIY kit.
Can I connect more than one computer to the internet ?
Yes, you can connect multiple computers at the one address
using a single ADSL account.
Will I be under contract ?
Yes, but our ADSL contracts are only for 12 months.
How do I pay my account ?
Payment can be made by either, Direct debit from your bank account or by credit card.
